This is their manifesto: We were born to defy, we were born to heed our own heart’s call and our own voice. As we enter the new Millennium, we see our goal to be a union, a convergence of various Forms into one. Music, be it ROCK based, CLASSICAL based or whatever, Poetry, Theatre, Painting, Sculpture and Film can and will be molded, blended and reborn in new and exciting shapes. Shapes/forms which can enrich our World, galvanize our emotions, open our senses, our hearts, our minds, to Spheres, Plains, and Oceans of unlimited possibilities through which we may see our Universe and our relationship so it in a new and different Light! To truly live, to drink the new Wine, to bathe in new Waters both strange and beautiful, to embrace what was lost and what may be found, this … is the Spirit which drives our passion ever onward!

Jeff "Jeffersun" Hughes
My name is Jeff "Jeffersun" Hughes and I reside in Detroit Michigan along with many other talented original artists. I am a guitarist and songwriter with my main focus on mainstream Alternative Rock. My genre of music can be described as a mix of mainstream Alternative Rock and Blues Rock with soul. Jeffersun is my current solo project which intertwines rock and blues with Jeffersun's original sound. My last solo project was "Stepkid Hughes" which was a mixture of rock and soul.I have been influenced by many legendary rock greats such as Led Zeppelin, The Who, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Dave Navarro, Joe Satriani, and Carlos Santana. I have rocked with several local bands both original and cover over the last thirteen years. I have always been involved with other bands and projects but I always go back to my solo projects. In 1998 I entered and won first place at the 102.7 The Bear "Best Licks" contest and won a Ted Nugent autographed guitar. I am looking to get signed with an Indy label.
I am currently working on getting in the studio soon to put together an EP for the Jeffersun project. Under my last solo project "Stepkid Hughes", I recorded a three song demo named "Too Illegit to Quit". The songs include Pee-On, Just a Kid, and The Heat. Go to www.jeffersun.com to find out more. | Chris & Drew Chris and Drew, a husband & wife multi genre songwriting team from Cumbria in the UK, got together in January 2000 having already known each other as friends for 9 years. Drew had been a singer/guitarist/songwriter playing in various rock bands since the mid 80's. Chris had just started writing lyric's when they got together in 2000. The first song they wrote together was "Dreams Do Come True" and they progressed from there.
Chris also provides backing vocals on some tracks, although she does not proclaim to be a singer, she prefers writing lyrics. We do all our recording on our basic PC based home studio. We already have 3 of our songs published and on Wal-Mart for download sale in the US. The main goal for Chris & Drew, is to get their music published for other well known artists to perform, this would surely be a dream come true. Latest Project
One of our latest projects was to write the theme tune to one of the OMD’s that our music is posted on called Project Overseer Productions and the track is called P.O.P. We used dance style drum samples for this to give it a real up-tempo feel. It is a very much guitar-oriented track with lots of energy and a guitar solo. This track, we believe, will be used as a welcome to POP.
The project before this was of an international flavor in a Band Aid style, involving artists from the US, Canada and the UK. We were given the lead role in this project with me Drew being the lead vocal. It got mixed and mastered in Buffalo USA at Wave Catchers Studio. Some of the artists were quite well known i.e., The Drifters to only name one. This was in aid of the hurricane Katrina Disaster in New Orleans and was going to get released in the US last year until the record company pulled the plug and wanted only one particular sing to do this track. To cut a long story short the track that was released with this particular singer flopped, we are just left wondering what would have happed if the original version had been released?

Jovan and Thelma have been performing throughout South Africa for almost 5 years. This duet made their name in the well known Kyknet Zing Competition, where they ended 4th out of more than 350 000 entries. From then onwards, the name Jovan and Thelma could be heard throughout Africa..

BIO: Dave Brummet has played drums/percussion on stage and in the studio for over 20 years and brings this knowledge and experience to his Hand Drum Workshops. With rhythms from African, Middle Eastern and Latin American roots, the workshops are well designed for djembes, doumbeks, and congas, for beginners or intermediates. Out of popular demand, a home-learning CD has been created based on the workshops and is now available as Hand Drum Instructional Series 1. Dave also teaches privately to hand drummers and drum set players. Dave continues to perform live and occasionally participates in various gigs and telethons, raising funds for charities. www.brummet.ca
